ME – Study in English Project: UDG Develops International Student and Staff Guide

As part of the ME – Study in English project, the University of Donja Gorica (UDG) developed the International Student & Staff Guide – a comprehensive brochure created to provide additional support for international students, visiting professors and international staff before and during their stay at UDG.

The guide was designed to make the transition to studying and working in Montenegro easier by bringing together all essential information in one place. It includes practical guidance on arrival and residence procedures, academic life at UDG, student services, accommodation, healthcare, transportation, banking, everyday life in Montenegro, and useful contacts for international members of the UDG community.

Beyond practical information, the brochure also introduces international students and staff to the UDG academic environment, campus life, extracurricular opportunities, and the wider cultural and social context of Montenegro, helping them feel informed, welcomed and connected from their first day.

This publication represents another important milestone of the ME – Study in English project and reflects UDG’s commitment to creating a more inclusive, welcoming and internationally oriented university environment, while strengthening the support services available to international students and academic staff.
